14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind our merch. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
How Returns Work
- Email [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order.
- We'll confirm your return and provide a mailing address.
- Ship the item back to us. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
- Once we receive the item, we'll process your refund within 5 business days.
Returned items should be unworn (other than trying on), unwashed, and in their original condition.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Email us at [email protected] and we'll work with you. Because our merch is made to order, exchanges are handled as a return + new order.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a printing defect, email us at [email protected] with a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you — no need to return the defective item.
Made to Order
All Saturday merch is printed on demand specifically for you. This means we can't accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered. It also means your order may take 5–12 business days to arrive, since each item is produced after you place your order.
Refund Timing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
