Your training data, working for your fueling

Connect the platforms you already use and Saturday turns your real training into sharper fuel, hydration, and electrolyte prescriptions. Here is exactly what we read from each, how we use it, and how you stay in control.

Plain talk about what we do — and don’t do

We read your training history. The only thing we ever write back is your own fueling plan, as a single comment on your own intervals.icu or TrainingPeaks activity — and only if you turn that on. We only train our models on data from sources whose terms permit it, and only after you say yes. We never sell your data, never use it for ads, and never train our coaching assistant on your personal data. Disconnect any time and we delete your data within 24 hours.

The platforms we connect

Each card shows what Saturday reads from that platform and how we credit and use it. Availability is rolling out gradually — if a platform isn’t connectable in your app yet, it will say so there.

    What we read
    Planned and completed activities, per-second streams, and wellness (HRV, sleep, resting heart rate).

    Our fastest, deepest connection — it already aggregates many of your other devices.

  • Apple Health Improves your model
    What we read
    Workouts, heart rate, sleep, and active energy from your device, with your on-device permission.

    Used only to personalize your own prescriptions, with your explicit on-device permission.

    What we read
    Completed activities with streams — power, normalized power, and heart rate.

    Powered by Wahoo

    Served back to you to sharpen your prescriptions; not used to train our models. Wahoo may also use this data for its own purposes under its terms.

How connecting works

  1. You connect, with your consent

    You authorize the connection on the platform’s own screen, which shows what you’re granting before you grant it. Nothing imports until you say yes.

  2. We read your training — and write back only your plan, only if you ask

    Saturday reads your completed activities and wellness signals. For intervals.icu and TrainingPeaks you can also let us post your fueling plan as a single comment on your own activity — you control that toggle, and we never change or delete your underlying training data on any platform.

  3. Your prescriptions get sharper

    Real power, heart rate, heat, and recovery make your fuel, hydration, and electrolyte numbers more accurate — personalized to how you actually trained.

  4. You stay in control

    Disconnect any time from your account settings or from the platform itself. We delete your identifiable data within 24 hours and stop receiving new data immediately.

How we use your data to improve

Saturday gets better by learning from patterns across many athletes — always de-identified and aggregated, never a stored profile of you. We train our fueling models only on data from sources whose terms permit it: Garmin and COROS (only after you consent), intervals.icu, and Apple Health. Wahoo, Polar, Suunto, and TrainingPeaks are shown back to you only and are excluded from training. Our conversational coaching assistant is never trained on your personal data.

We do not connect to, import from, or train on Strava or Oura at all.

Delete any time, in 24 hours

Disconnect an integration or delete your account and we remove your identifiable data — raw activities, wellness, database and warehouse copies, and the features we derived — within 24 hours, and disconnect the platform immediately. Because we can’t edit an already-trained model, we retrain monthly from data that no longer includes you, so any residual de-identified influence ages out within at most one cycle — typically about 30 days, never more than 90.
