Hi Saturday Morning Fan,

Are you ready to beat the summer heat and stay optimally hydrated?

As June is in full swing, we know how hot and humid temperatures are getting so we wanted to give you a few tips on how to manage hydration this summer. Let's dive right in!

**Monitor the Weather**: Keep an eye on the forecast. Let Saturday know when you'll be training in hotter conditions so we can tailor your hydration plan.

**Prepare Ahead**: Chill your water bottles in advance, ensuring they're ice cold when it's time to train.

**Consistent Sipping**: Start hydrating from the moment you start moving and continue to sip regularly throughout your workout.

**Stay Ahead of Thirst**: Don't wait until you feel thirsty to drink water and [electrolytes](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6NEEYH5GEC0&ab_channel=Saturday%7CRide%26RunFaster) - by then, it might be harder to catch up on hydration.

**Post-Training Hydration**: Continue to hydrate even immediately after you finish training [to avoid feeling sluggish](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mHrKJTdrkyo&t=31s&ab_channel=Saturday%7CRide%26RunFaster).

If you follow these tips, you'll stay optimally hydrated and enjoy all of the training and competition you've been thirsty for all year.
